...but at this point it is more than worth my while. Not only are we in a particularly litigious period in history, some VERY attractive small and independent business incentives require it.
However, you seem to have strong views on the subject, and frankly I found the arguments in the links you provided underwhelming. Is there a reason why you think having E&O insurance is a bad idea, or do you just think it it unnecessary?
