I have undertaken a project offered to me by a French Electronics company. I am marketing several of their products here in the UK and I have found a multi-national buyer who is interested in making a very, very large order. I am to be renumerated on a commision basis. I do not have access to a French solicitor. Does anyone have a standard legal document, in French, that I could get my client to sign to cover myself and ensure that I am paid my commission.

If it was an agreement on Translation field we have experience and suggest something. However subject you asked should be consulted from a specialist on the field.

Any other standant contract may cost you higher than a consultation fee at the end when there is a dispute.
