When I visit one of my webmail accounts I enter my login etc and see my mail in the inbox, but all the toobar is missing, so I cannot, for example, respond to a mail, delete it, look at my different folders etc.
The service provider (arrakis) can't help, even though it only happens within my accounts with them and not with any other account or even with any other computer.
I am changing my emails soon and will be reconfiguring Outlook, and need access to these accounts via webmail to ensure a smooth changeover, but without icons and a toolbar I can't make the change yet.
Any ideas about what's going on?
