I find it very user friendly, but it seems not to be quite adapted to the translation industry. If any of you are using it (as paying members), could you share your experience, please?
What interests me most is the billing functionality (being able to set different units, such as per word rates, per page rates, etc.). After a couple of hours playing with the platform, I was able to see only the per hour charges.
Then comes the invoice templates. Could these be customized?
