what I don't get about these things (and I've had a few of them) is what business is it of the EU who the agencies use?
As well as soaking us for taxes, the government wants us to waste our time.
My general rule of thumb is that the more fuss an agency makes about getting information from you (filling in forms, etc.) the less likely it is that they send you any work.
