Does anyone know where there is administrative and legal information for setting up a telecommuting context company environment in France? Where employees are employed by a French company but work at home part-time or full-time.

thanks,

Jeff

This is about a French co, Mayetic, whose staff work exclusively from home, and there were a couple more pieces around the subject too.

It didn't say anything about the admin side though, but at the end of one of the 2 or 3 articles on the subject there's this link for further info:
www.foruminternet.org. Tél. : 01 44 01 38 05.

Hope this helps.
Cheers,
