Dear Colleagues, I am writing from Germany with a question: A client wants to remarry in the Philippines. Does he need a certified translation of his German divorce certificate? (In some countries it is sufficient, if the translator signs off on the translation, even if he is not certified.) If yes: Does the translation need to be certified by a Philippine translator or can it be certified by an international translator? And is it enough, if the translation is available in English? ...
