Dear colleagues,

What is this?

https://linguistlink.net/

I am trying to figure out where they are from, but there is no information on their website. Isn't it illegal to not indicate where the company is incorporated and what their registered address is?

"A service of xxx" Mar 10

You can easily discover who they are and where they are based by reading the line below their name... (or doing a whois on the domain name and checking the registrant).

Not presented as an outsourcer, so at least we can debate it Mar 10

They don't describe themselves as an outsourcer, so at least we don't fall foul of the Forum Rule banning discussions about specific outsourcers.

Here is the Whois information for the domain (all public information):

Registrant Name: STACEY BROWN
Registrant Organization: MINDLINK RESOURCES, LLC.
Registrant Street: PO BOX 871541
Registrant City: VANCOUVER
Registrant State/Province: WA
Registrant Postal Code: 98687
Registrant Country: US
Registrant Phone: +1.3602547711

One can find company registration records. For example: https://www.sos.wa.gov/corps/search_detail.aspx?ubi=602792791 .

As far as I can see, it's a legitimate US company. I don't know if it's mandatory in the US to post company registration information on websites. It is in many countries.

Address on their site Mar 10

Their address, company name and founder are shown on https://mindlinkresources.com/who-we-are/ .

Nothing seems out of order to me.
