That's like asking the average distance a traveller can go on a bicycle per day ... there's Lance Armstrong and there's me.
I can do 10-15 pages an hour if the text is moderately well-written and the subject matter is familiar. That slows to a page or less an hour if I have to research the subject, ask the author, and clean up convoluted and ungrammatical text.

In the printing industry, editors count 10,000 signs per hour for proofreading of printed articles, books, etc. (only correction of printing mistakes and punctuation). This corresponds to about 1800 words per hour, depending on the language.

and assuming recruitment has done its job of screening translators, the editors are expected to output 1,200/hour (calculate 6 productive hours/day). That's as far as time-and-motion has it.
