Hello,

probably this question has already been made before, but I did not manage to find the posting in the archive. Usually, I only work with agencies, but now I ran into a direct client who asks me to send him a contract today. Can I find a model for contracts somewhere, and what should usually be included in the contract and so forth?

Thanks,

Katarina.

Translation Agreement Dec 8, 2005

Hi there,

If you go to the Terms page on my website, you'll find a Translation Agreement in English (PDF). You can get to my website through my Proz.com profile.

Hope this helps

If I remember correctly, I took it from the ATA website - and then made some changes to it.
