"Boilerplate" contract form for long-term work?

I will soon be embarking on ongoing editing and translation work of a book. This work is likely to last at least six months.

Does anyone here know of a "boilerplate" contract that might serve me as a starting point to cover such a working agreement (and that I of course would modify to fit my particular circumstances).

Here's the American Translators Association model contract.

I've used, and it has proven very helpful as I have to sue the company that hired me for non-payment. But I have a contract signed! HA!
