I recently visited a local university to find out how a person could be placed on their list of recommended translators in order to translate their transcripts and other educational records from foreign countries. I was informed that in order to be considered, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating board had to recommend you.

Does anyone know what the procedure and the requirements are is to be recommended for this type of work?

Thanks!

PS I hope I am in the right category. If not please place me where I would be most appropriate.
