CafeTran Espresso used to have a button in the Preferences to save and restore settings. Perhaps it'll return one day.

In the meantime, you can use Project Templates to save many important settings:
  • Your preferred language combinations
  • Your preferred Themes, Windows layouts and other View-related settings
  • The Glossaries, TMs that you want to have present in the Dashboard
  • And many more ...

You can save these Project Templates in a Dropbox or OneDrive folder and have them backed up and available for use on other computers.
