Trados HELP (RPC_E_Serverfault patch caused TRADOS to crash)

After getting a RPC_E_Serverfault erros while cleaning up a file, I went to translationzone.com and downloaded a file that should fix this problem. However it just "fixed" my Trados program for good. Now nothing works and I get following message.

TW4Win.exe – Entry point not found
The procedure entry point ?b_GetFilename@CT_CommonDlgFilename@@AEHPAUHWND_@@HIIPBDIPBVCT_String@IHI2@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library Trados5Interface.dll.
