Does working in Trados environment influence at all the ability to use the already existing autocorrect entries in Word? I have tested in the past and I noticed that they had been inactivated by Trados's macro.

As far I could observe, any auto correcition options and entries are NOT disabled by Trados. There must be other reasons for disabling them, ie. keyboard shortcuts attached to them were the same as Trados keyboard shortcuts.
On my part I never had any problems with auto corrections using Trados - regardles the Word/Trados version (I started with Word 97 / Trados 3).

Kind regards
Jerzy
