After connection to TW client require upgrade. After upgrade and restart Word the client require upgrade again. And ad infinitum.
Translation Workspace Tools connects properly.

Did anybody see that? How to deal with it?

Restart Your PC Apr 22, 2010

Hi Victor,

Did you close all your open programs when installing the upgrade?

Did you install the latest upgrades? How did you install them from Word or by downloading them from the TW Web interface?

I would restart the PC after the installing the upgrades. If you still get the message that you haven't upgraded, then it could mean 2 things.

1. You might have installed only the upgrade for TW Word client and not XLiff (not too sure as your description of the error wasn't very detailed)
2. You dind't close all applications while performing the upgrade and something didn't install properly.

Hope it helps,

There was a version where the automatic upgrade didn't start automatically. I don't know if this has been fixed or not. I had to uninstall manually and then download the new version from the website and install manually.
