A client just sent me org charts to translate which are hardly readable. He sent them as .gif, but I see that those charts were actually .opx files.
I'm about to ask the client if he can rather send me the original files. But since it's a huge company, any simple request turns into a big hassle and I'll be embarrassed if he wastes time to find the .opx files and I actually can't use those files in the end, hence my question first.
Thanks in advance!
