Is it possible to incorporate documents that have already been translated in the past to a Cat tool?

As efreitag says, it’s called alignment. Some CATs include alignment tools and there are stand-alone aligners. If you want some specific answer, you need to ask a more specific question. Or just search in this forum and Google, the topic of alignment has been discussed extensively.
