Hello everyone

I am a translator starting a freelancing career. My clients will mainly use Trados, however, as it is fairly expensive I am currently looking for alternative CAT tool options. MetaTexis seems good, but the manual gives the impression that converting footnotes / endnotes into Trados form may sometimes prove tricky. As my assignments will include a lot of footnotes, I´d be grateful if some of the translators here using MetaTexis could share their experiences on this. Of course if you have positive experiences of some other Trados compatible translation tool regarding the matter, I´d be happy to hear about them.

Thank you.
