Error 9999 with IBM Translation Manager version 6.2.2

I get the following message error when working with the tool :

EQF 9999 : A fatal error has been encountered. Translation Manager ended abnormally.

The problem happens when pasting a suggested transation from the Memory window into the active Translation window, by pressing "Control + number".

I use Windows 7 Professional.
