How to use my own termbase in Translation Workspace

Over the years I have collected a 15000 words termbase that greatly speeds up my work.

How can I use my own termbase when working Translation Workspace? Workspace has a terminology function, but it seems to be limited to a server-based termbase.

(Sorry if the answer is obvious. I don't really know Workspace yet, but I just need to know wheter I should bother to learn it or just reject all projects that requires it.)

Xbench - very good and very inexpensive Jul 13, 2011

Try Xbench from Apsic. I have used it for years and will not go back to MultiTerm or other termbase (at least not before it is fully integrated in Trados). It is free, easy to use and covers a lot of file-types.

Yes, this will be the obvious solution if Translation Workspace don't have native support for a user termbase.

Is it possible to integrate Xbench into Trados Studio and what is your experience with it?

TIA

Integration Jul 13, 2011

Xbench is not integrated, but you can easily send words to it from any program, and transfer results, by the use of hot-keys.

The reason I will not use MultiTerm is because of the large number of complains, it makes Trados unstable. I have never installed MultiTerm and my Trados is very stable in its present version.
I may use MultiTerm in the future, when it is fully integrated with Trados, but I am not sure. I doubt it will function as good and effortlessly as Xbench.
