Figuring out match percentage in TWS XLIFF Editor - help needed

I am working on an xlz file in Translation Workspace XLIFF Editor.
Sometimes I get two match percentage indications at the top of the current segment box.
How would you interpret the following, for example,
100-1% 76%>
where 100-1 is red and 76% is green?
