OmegaT has no AsciiDoc filter, but has plugins for Markdown and reStructuredText:
https://github.com/miurahr/omegat-markdown-plugin
https://github.com/miurahr/omegat-rst-plugin

You can perhaps use a converter to do a roundtrip:
http://pandoc.org/
(I haven't tried it.)
