I know what is fuzzy match but if I have a word file and I need to apply fuzzy match, what are the steps to be followed before using "translate" option in Tools?

* Open WorkBench
* Open your document
* Use the usual Open/Get command to open the first segment for translation

=> If the segment you opened has a fuzzy match, it will be shown to you so you can decide how much to change to make a perfect match.

=> If the segment you opened does not have a fuzzy match, obviously you will need to translate the sentence from scratch.

Hope this helps. ;o)
Otherwise you should be more specific in your question.
