Any good TMX editors

I use Olifant and XBench to view, edit and convert TMX files. I also downloaded Heartsome TMX Editor but it crashed many times while editing my Big Mama.
So are there any other TMX editors which you can recommend for Windows OS?

you can create a two-column Word table... Jun 17, 2007

using PlusToyz, edit, spellcheck, throw out double spaces etc, and then convert back.
