I register for certified PRO Network about one month ago, but It's under review. Is anybody know how long does this phase of review take?

On a lot of things, mostly how long it takes for the peer reviewers to review your sample translation. If they drag their heels, it could take longer than normal.

I didn't ask for peer review, I just ask the site staff to review my sample translation. what does happen in such cases like me?

I'm not entirely sure, it's usually faster I think when you opt for the peer review. So that might be why it's taking longer. If you still hear nothing, just submit a support ticket and I'm sure they'll update you.
