碰到瑞典的客户恶意不付翻译费用怎么办

前段时间接了一个瑞典的直接客户的小单,对方是个小公司,有网站,有企业邮箱,在proz上没有任何他们的记录

付款方式,价钱都已经商量好了,给他们翻译了另外一个网站(只有网站内容,没有网址)

因为总费用只有几十欧元,就没让他预付款,可是付款日期到了后,怎么给他发邮件都不理我了。。

你若碰到这种事情该怎么办?

超过约定付款期限一周仍无回音的,一律在Proz Blueboard登记投诉。倘对方有所顾忌,这时一般会主动与你联系。

远在万里之外,着急也没用。还好钱不多。也许人家度假去了,回来就会给你的。

因为上面的分数对直接客户没有什么意义,因为他们不常到这里找翻译,也许用PROZ只是一次性的。

什么公司网站邮箱都是包装,有钱到手才是实际。尤其是首次合作的客户,最好先预收款,而且所有对话和文件都白纸黑字,清楚点好。
