新人，求教一些关于报价的问题

对方发来一个表格，询问报价，其中有些问题不太明白：

1. 对方给出的Service包括如下：
Translation per word (including post-DTP proof)
Software Strings Translation
Edit per Hour
Edit per Word
Proofing
Minimum Project Charge (if any)

其中的post-DTP proof是什么含义，具体需要做什么？

Edit per word比较好理解，为什么还有Edit per Hour，该如何理解？

2.另外还有一个关于CAT Pricing的问题
对方给出了Percentage，但还让我填写dollar。

我理解后面给出的Percentage应该是公司的希望比例，我应当在Dollar列填写自己的报价，不知道这样理解是否正确？

此外由于CAT Pricing时应当是利用TRADOS统计字数，似乎与word统计有细微差别，加上考虑到重复率的折扣，有没有因此对CAT Pricing的基准价格进行上调的必要？

3.对方让提供杀毒软件和网络安全信息，对于国内的360用户，因其与TRADOS的兼容性问题，有没有可能导致国外用户的排斥？各位TRADOS用户推荐使用哪种杀毒软件？
