很早前的新闻，今天刚读到，帖出来曝曝光。早就觉得深圳的城管连土匪不如，看到这则新闻算是有个铁证。这可不是什么特例，这些城管人员会做出这种事绝非偶然。
不知大家是否有所听闻？有何感想？ ▲ Collapse

这样的事儿太多了！
不知道原因究竟是什么，是谁赋予他们这样的权利的呢？

這種事兒在任何社會中都可能發生。尤其在權力結構和體制運作不透明的社會裡，據得勢位的人稍不留意，很容易不自覺地有恃(勢)無恐，或把心稍微抓橫一些就會發生不義。只要不被逮著，不受大眾注目譴責，不必花出太大代價就能擺平，發生的機率就會更大。反正人人自掃門前雪，大家怕事(勢)懼禍，多管者也常多別有居心，因此只要懂得操縱群眾心理，大體上可以達到有恃(勢)無恐的箝制人口、鬥垮、鬥爛、鬥臭的效果。

衝突的升級總有原因。得勢者不知節制，失勢者不懂迂迴，不幸事件很容易發生。我這麼說，並非要為那位城管脫罪，但以報導中播放的錄像情況看來，那位開車者上車時似乎沒有看到老人就坐在車前擋路。也許弱勢的老人覺得受到不平，他唯一的抗議就是以生命賭它，或可板回一城，但卻因該城管仗勢不理，一不留意就鬧出了人命。李敖大概會說：凡事皆有兩面，不義有程度差別，懲罰需符合比例原則；媒體既已報導此事，有司當會予以恰當懲罰以平民怨。(私了擺平在某些社會中也未嘗不可能。)

話多了，趕緊打住。我也怕事懼禍呢。
