有一批文件，文件之间重复性很高。发来时不带TM。
客户要求我先分析文件做出pseudo-rendered word docs给他们，特地交代要track changes。是什么意思呢？他们要这个有什么用呢？

I'm working on multiple files with high repetitions. As I move on to more files, I get new thoughs for some terms here and there. Each time I'll have to go back search and change those terms in the already finished files one by one.
Is there any easier way to do this? At least for those changes made to words in 100% matching segments?

For those of you who are still wondering what this "pseudo-rendered word docs" is:
I asked the PM, she had no idea so she asked the client. The client gave some clarification but the PM is still confused. She copied the clarification to me: "The files are set up just like the word docs not in a table format." (files being files for review).
I guess the client just wants to review the translations before the final delivery, and wants to make sure for the reviews they won't get Trados/SDLX project files, or .rtf files in table format.
I guess they call it pseudo to differenciate that from the final delivery.

Somehow that seems to be the fastest route for me. Maybe it's got something to do with me not having figured out the CAT tools completely. Or as Zhoudan suggested, update the TM by cleaning up one of the files and then use that TM for the other files.

"find and replace" was what I did. But for that I still have to go over each individual file.
TM too.
Guess I am just getting spoiled by SDLX and dreaming too much.

DV Professional updates all duplicates at once.

I don't have DV. 
Fine. Should feel happy enough now having any CAT to work with.

也可以一次替换所有需要文件。
WordFast可以免费试用，PlusTools是免费件。将所有需要修改的稿件在Word里打开，然后PlusTools可以用Find+Replace功能一次性替换。另一种方法是不把这些文件打开也行，只要预选就可以，但我刚才试了，不能预选需要的稿件，可能我哪里没搞对。

我只会最基本的。其实，软件装好以后，可以从Start -Trados-Tutorial找到辅导，上面一步步演示得很清楚。不瞒您说，我到现在还不会用Multi-term。Trados也是我最不喜欢的软件。谢谢你的建议。:-D

我使用WF也是为了自己方便，并不是为了客户扣字数,有一个客户强求使用Transit,字数不多时我也认了，最近他们希望我负责一个几个月的大项目，我就找出理由说明不能使用Trasit,并作好准备如果他们坚持要用Transit,我宁可不接，结果他们同意给我Excel稿，希望这种状况不会改变

我想大概是这里的专业翻译一致坚持的结果？如果我同意一个客户使用Trados，那他肯定坚持让我继续使用Trados，再要改变就不容易了，所以说开始时要咬牙挺住
