客户地理位置跨度太大的话,感觉比较痛苦。

和印度人打交道比较幸福,中午悠悠醒来,他们也刚上班。晚上10点半他们就按时下班了。

和欧洲人打交道也不错。

碰上美国人就倒霉了,大清早收信,发现他们半夜来信,已经在那儿等了好几个小时了。

要是这几个一起碰上,还不知怎么办。

我以前在美国的客户多,他们了解时差问题后,会在下班前给我写信,我在他的半夜回复;有时候他们会当天下班后,在家里查我的信。

人们在谈论时差的优势时,往往说国外下班时发信,这边刚刚上班。
需要很多实时交流的工作可就得好好考虑了。如果仅有晚上到还可以,白天也有这样的任务可惨了。

不过我想地理区更有代表性。不只是时间的问题。象美国有几个时区,但差别可能不是特别大。但如果客户来自几个时区跨度比较大的地区,感觉不太好办。

如果做印度或欧洲的业务,我可以按正常时间作息,也能和他们合作得很好,如果主要做美国业务,感觉至少有一方要在时间上做一些调整了。
