刚刚在管理员论坛发了贴，向大家道了别，我决定不再担任管理员工作了。
最近一段时间，业务又有了新发展。上周五又与一家新客户谈判，如果一切顺利，今年后几个月就需要埋头苦干，另辟一块沃土。翻译领域鱼龙混杂，大家众所周知。要生存，必须多方谋划，因此我准备调整商业策略，在稳定翻译业务的前提下，发展其他领域的业务。对此，我非常有信心。
KudoZ 管理工作经近一年的努力已见成效，原来的很多 FYI “...” 等现象逐渐消除，回答者的答案也愈发详尽周密，对提问者也更具有参考价值了。以前，在 KudoZ 中不乏口角打架的现象，经过管理，这种现象基本没有了。如果我不是太忙，一定会继续担任管理员，为 ProZ 做出更大贡献。
在等到 ProZ 管理层正式答复前，我仍将履行管理员责任。辞去管理员职位并不意味着我会离开大家。我会继续为 ProZ 社群贡献自己的力量，积极协助其他管理员做好工作、多写些有意义的文章奉献给大家，并一如既往地帮助新人。
谢谢大家的一贯支持与协助！

I think that is great. Congratulations on a new milestone in your career.
For a long time I haven't been active in the KudoZ section, and only pop over there once in a while. But I'm sure you've done a wonderful job as the English-to-Chinese moderator - as Kevin also stated - and have accomplished what you've set out to do. Congratulations on a job well done!
I wish you all the happiness and success in your new adventure and endeavors.

建军，象版主这样很容易出力不讨好的差事，你用心做了这么久，缺实是不容易。
这下你要卸了担子用心赚钱，对proz是个损失，对你自己却该算是回了“正道”。就祝你多多发财。

You're right, I am still unable to read more than a few isolated Chinese characters, but as you had announced your resignation in the moderators forum I made a guess based on wheretip and Elaine's replies.
