Hello

I have 30 files in html and I know that 4 have nearly identical copies (3-4 words difference / 400).
What do I have to do to know exactly how many sentences are exactly 100 % match?
I mean before translating.

I already imported the files and could count words.
I hope my question is clear.

Thanks

Claudia

Check the box Oct 28, 2004

In the DV3 menu Tools / Count words and characters
you activate the check box Internal repetition
and click on Calculate.

Then it will tell you:
X words (X1 characters) in duplicate source rows,
of which only Y words (Y1 characters) need to be translated.

But the repetitions will not become 100 % matches, they will be marked as Autopropagated (light green) rows.icon_smile.gif

It worked fine, I hadn't seen that option.
