Hello everybody,

I've been trying to open Deja Vu C3 all afternoon, but it doesn't work.

The message I get is this:

DejaVuX3 has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Technical details:
DehaVuX3.mEncryption.Init Line: 5
429: ActiveX component can't create object

I've sent an e-mail to Atril support, but I haven't received any answer yet, and I really need my DejaVu back to work on a urgent problem.

This error can be caused by various things, we will probably have a remote session to solve this.
