Now ain't that funny. Atril shows a new release of it's "...most user friendly tool" on an iMac! Why did nobody tell me that DVXx runs on the Mac* (natively)?! Or am I being naive? Or maybe (rubbing hands) DVX4 is late being released because they are developing a Mac version? I think I'm being naive... *I know it runs under Parallels or VMFusion on a Mac

As I said, it's right here on the right side of this page, no link, just an ad by Atril here on Proz. But the Atril ad may not show up on every page so you have to be lucky.

I long ago gave up on Atril (and am using CafeTran these days). They have been promising stuff for years and never delivering anything but bad marketing. That image on the website looks like a quick Photoshop jobbie, and could also just be DVX running on a Mac via Parallels or sth like that. Using a picture of DVX on an iMac is exactly the type of bizarre idea Atril's marketing team would come up with. Michael

Déjà Vu certainly runs on Mac computers (such as the iMac seen in the picture), just not on OS X (or MacOS, as it's called these days). Computers and operating systems are two different things. Since the introduction of Intel processors, Macs can also run Windows or GNU/Linux. Maybe it's bad marketing from Déjà Vu, or maybe the OP celebrates April Fool a few days early.
