ca dépend bien du chiffre d'affaires.
une fois dépassé les 32000 tu passes automatiquement en BNC.

J'interviens un peu tard dans la discussion, mais je voudrais simplement préciser aux personnes qui consulteraient ce forum qu'en tant qu'auto-entrepreneur, votre centre des impôts peut vous fournir un n° de TVA intracommunautaire sur simple demande (un de mes clients européens me le demandait pour sa comptabilité). La condition bien évidemment est de ne pas s'en servir pour autre chose (déduction de la TVA lors d'un achat par ex.) sinon gare au redressement...
