Bonjour,

Je voudrais savoir s'il est désormais possible d'introduire sa demande d'assermentation en tant qu'expert traducteur près n'importe quelle cour d'appel ou si l'on est toujours obligé de nous adresser à la cour d'appel dont nous dépendons ?

Certains collègues disent que c'est maintenant possible !

L'article d'Evelyne Fusilier paru dans le n° 223 de "TRADUIRE", édité par la SFT en décembre 2010, peut peut-être vous aider à répondre à cette question. Elle y parle effectivement, entre autre, de la question qui vous intéresse. Il vous suffit de commander cette brochure auprès de la SFT.
