Un traducteur assermenté en France peut-il être de nationalité espagnole ?

Bonjour à tous:)

Je suis un traductrice et je voudrais savoir si je peux être de nationalité espagnole et au même temps traducteur assermenté en France.

Ma question, il faut avoir la nationalité française ou il n'est pas nécessaire?

Bonjour Maria

Un traducteur assermenté n'a pas besoin d'avoir la nationalité française. La plupart des traducteurs assermentés sont d'ailleurs d'origine étrangère. Je suis moi-même traductrice assermentée en langue néerlandaise et ne possède pas la nationalité française.

Quelles sont les conditions pour devenir traducteur assermenté en France?
Je suis traductrice jurée auprès du tribunal de Bruxelles mais voyageant beaucoup, je pense qu'il peut m'être utile de faire les démarches pour l'être également en France. merci d'avance pour votre réponse.
à qui faut-il s'adresser?
je ne trouve aucune info sur le sujet malgré de nombreuses recherches.
