J'ai l'impression qu'il y une interférènce avec Trados car à chaque fois que je fais un code ASCII pour mettre les accents j'ai un message en me disant que Trados n'est pas en route et aucun caractere ne s'affiche à l'écran........

Tu travailles dans quoi exactement, dans Word, dans TagEditor ?
Normalement, ça marche, et si j'ai bien compris, ça marchait aussi chez toi mais ça ne marche plus, c'est bien ça ?
As-tu simplement essayé de fermer et rouvrir les applications, voire de redémarrer l'ordi ? C'est idiot, mais ça suffit parfois à se débarrasser de certains problèmes.
