Accents en français dans les emails

Je me demandais si tout le monde avait le même problème: récemment, quand j\'envoie des emails en français par Proz, le destinataire reçoit mon mail avec les accents (ou ç) transformés en symboles divers (%?#). Cela rend mon mail presqu\'illisible et ça ne fait pas très professionnel, surtout pour un traducteur! Y a-t-il moyen de changer cela?

Je crois que c\'est parce que vous ne sélectionnez pas le bon code de langue dans Explorer ou Netscape avant de composer votre message, alors vos caractères sont mal codés à l\'envoi, même s\'ils ont l\'air normaux à l\'écran. Essayez avec un autre code, vous verrez...

Alain, merci pour ta réponse (on se tutoie? c\'est plus sympa). Hélas, j\'ai fait ce que tu m\'as dit (changer la langue dans Explorer avec Tools, language), j\'ai redémarré mon PC, mais sans succès, mon mail est toujours déformé (je me l\'envoie à moi-même sur un autre site)... Que faire??

Tu m\'as mal compris, ou je me suis mal exprimé. C\'est dans Affichage, puis Codage.



Il faut choisir entre Europe occidentale, Unicode, etc.
