Bonjour à tous,

Une agence américaine m'envoie ce formulaire à remplir, et c'est la première fois que j'en reçois un. L'intitulé complet est : "Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding".

Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu à remplir ce document pour une agence ? Est-ce courant ?

c'est une simple formalité grâce à laquelle aucun impôt américain ne sera retenu sur les honoraires que vous recevrez.

C'est comme la TVA en Europe, à laquelle quiconque exerce son activité hors de l'Union européenne n'est pas assujetti.
