We bridge the gorges that divided humankind since Babel Tower Pain behind my eyes. Get no rest, must keep typing, deadline tomorrow. “I love you” she wrote I answered back “te amo”... and got four KudoZ! The last grain of sand in my hourglass has fallen. The fight is over. So sad our story: A lifelong war to achieve so little glory! | | |
Nice degrees you have Impressive experience Keep the formatting Enrique, yours are superb. Especially the one about the four point is hilarious. Reminds me of that situation when I was talking to a young guy. He said, 'I said, "I love you," she replied, "me too."' I told him, 'so you both love her.' That's always a start!

Taxes are rising. I no longer remember. My cat’s on my keyboard. Monday morning now, it is way past my deadline. Rain pours down the roof My head is heavy. They have just sent more copy. I only want sleep Source text is chaos. Since they never will pay me, I'll just write for joy.

Ty Kendall wrote: I've run out of food. I'm going to eat the dogs. What apostrophe? (It has a no link to translation, although it has one to general linguistics) I thought it was funny nonetheless.
I shall use this in my language classes! Along with Let's eat Grandma! Something which could come from some of my students: I teach grammar two. Too teacher students. No, more than to!

This thread has made my morning, so much so that I had to try a haiku of my own (my first ever), hope I follow the rules... Tales of a labour with consideration none, satisfaction? some. And this is very funny - thank you Ty! Ty Kendall wrote: I've run out of food. I'm going to eat the dogs. What apostrophe?

This one's gonna be personal, so take it cum grano salis. Native you are not I don't need no reference My L1 trumps you And another slightly personal one: Sunday afternoon No calls, respectful silence— You can teach them too
