My Norton Antivrius 2002 reported 2 virus-infected eMails on Monday.

One was \'NAV222.tmp\'. When I tried to find it for deletion it had disappeared and NAV did not work. I could not reinstall it either. Symantec has \"worked on it\" since Tuesday morning and I still cannot use it (they are very cooperative and try hard so no shadow on them).

Has anyone had or heard of this file and has it created any problem?

TIA
