You will have to be able to read Java script with your browser, to be able to see the intended result of the *.jsp file.

I'm not sure what you mean with translate; do you want to read the actual strings of script?

Go to
http://www.vonloesch.de/jspbrowser.html
to find a jsp file browser to download.
Hope this helps.

As a rule, you should not! Oct 31, 2004

Such files are code specific (javascript) files, and as a rule they are not meant to be translated.

Such files control the way a webpage behaves: For example, code for pulldown or popup menus are included in such files. Therefore, unless you are well familiar with javascript, you should not attempt to "translate" such documents.

Nevertheless, some js files may contain "messages" for display.(Like the one on my profile page http://www.proz.com/pro/42788 ) And you can safely translate such messages. You can open and edit js files with any editor (such as notepad). They are pure text files.

For other code formats (such as .class) you need a decompiler (such as "dj java decompiler")
