Belt-held language translator May 15, 2005

Language Weaver, in that article, indicates that it is not yet producing hand-held transation devices for their systems.
Yet we already created belt-held systems for the US Governement several years ago, for several language pairs, on the DIPLOMAT project at the Center for Machine Translation of Carnegie Mellon University.
