You should just type the English digits (when the windows language is Persian). If you still see them in English, you should go to tools-- options -- Complex Scripts -- in the column for Numerals you have four choices: Arabic, Hindi, Context and System. If you choose Hindi, then the digits will change into Persian. If in new Windows you cannot find Complex Scripts, then try to find Numerals (Numbers) under another option (maybe under Edit).
