Hola,

Could you post the question again in English for our colleagues who don't speak Spanish? Dec 1, 2007

Maybe I could help you - but I can't because I don't understand your question...

TOPIC STARTER
Sorry :) Dec 1, 2007

It's my first topic, I would have liked to post it in the Spanish forum but I didn't manage... And my English is so poor... But I'll try:
General powers (i. e. of attorney) in Spain are frequently difficult to understand because they include lots of faculties under the same chapter and even in the same sentence. In a sentence, you can have a full group of nouns related to a full group of verbs; very often not all of these verbs can correspond to all of the nouns, so that the understanding is made very difficult. German ones, on the contrary, are very simple, just mentioning the main empowerment and saying some kind of "and every action that is necessary or convenient for such aim". Translations of these documents from Spanish into German result almost always in poor, nearly uninteligible German texts...
Thanks to answerers!
