Für den Freistaat ist im GVBl. 2008 Nr. 5 S. 76 die Verordnung zum Vollzug des Art. 15(1) DolmetscherG verkündet worden. Sie regelt u.a., unter welchen Voraussetzungen EU-Qualifikationen in Bayern angerkannt werden.

Um nicht für prinzipiell Gleiches ein neues Thema öffnen zu müssen, hier unter "Bayern" Neues aus einem anderen Freistaat. Das Sächsische Gesetz über die staatliche Prüfung, öffentliche Bestellung und allgemeine Beeidigung von Dolmetschern, Übersetzern und Gebärdensprachdolmetschern vom 25.02.2008 ist im Sächsischen Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt vom 22.03.2008 S. 242 verkündet worden. Wer Kopie braucht, kann sich direkt bei mir melden. Gruß
