Eine ausnehmend spannende Lektüre, deren Autoren sich weit über die linguistische Thematik hinaus ins Philosophische wagen.
Für Übersetzer und andere "Spracharbeiter" allein schon deshalb ein Muss, weil sprachinhärente, potentiell manipulativ missbrauchbare Strukturen und Mechanismen aufgezeigt werden, die einen bewussteren Umgang mit der Sprache nahelegen und die Wahrnehmung schärfen können - und nicht zuletzt zur Vorsicht mahnen.
