Can somebody recommend a very good German-English-German Information Technology / Computer Science terminological dictionary?

I often wonder how to say specific things in correct German like "to close a ticket", "email address harvesting", "email header" or "bcc".

Or is there even an excellent comprehensive general German-English-German dictionary that you can recommend that has translations for these kinds of words?

Sonja

Hans Herbert Schulze, "Computer-Englisch"

It's a cheap paperback, but the various versions I used to get from about 2000 to 2003 were always reasonably current and useful. If it has been updated since then, it's probably still a good bet.
